Hm. I don't know if you do. Sometimes when we struggle with mental pain we're not able to see if someone cares or not. But that is only something I experienced for myself when I had to deal with things that had hurt me.
I don't know you, so, therefore, I don't know about the things you're dealing with. But I still hope that you find people or have at least one person you can truly open up to.

To me fake truths are saying shit like "I'm so sorry for your loss" or "That sucks, I hope your day gets better." Like, Bitch, no you don't, you are only talking to me because your girlfriend likes me, we both know you hate my guts, so stop being nice to me, we both hate that.

Depends. You can't know if someones really sorry for you. Of course, you can say it like that. But I wouldn't say that for all people who tell you this. A person who is clumsy with words can say this to tell you they are really sorry but other than this they don't know how to help you out. Of course, it depends. Someone can as well say without any emotion which means, they really aren't sorry but they know they should say something to look like they care. So...it really depends on the intention of a person.
Of course, I don't know about the situation or the person you're dealing with but I would just stay away of people who try to get close to me because they want information about someone I know about.

fake truths about what?
As it comes for me, personally, I am very cautious with whom I call 'fake' since sometimes what appears fake for me, could be someone honest way of showing who they truly are. In my terms even when people continuously try to lie to my face, they can't fake everything, there is always slipping out something about them, and even through their lies, you can catch some vibes of what they really try to hide, or try not to be for me. You can't fake everything, that's the funny thing about liars. Which we all do apparently.
Some people just lie in a certain situation, when they feel uncomfortable because you can't always share what on your mind especially with strangers. Others lie because they believe a certain truth is unbearable for a person with a soft heart. And then again people lie for a lot of reasons. To protect themselves e.g. when they feel like everyone is for sure against them. Or to demonstrate their power when they have narcissistic, malicious tendencies. The last ones are those who create a conundrum of lies - and when they don't remember and stick to those, they are so easily spotted. Which as well tells me details about them.

What is your go-to way to judge someone’s character?

I'm drawn to intelligent, creative & empathic people - so I try to get as many impressions as possible before I judge people too harshly in most cases if I can't get enough impressions I just stay neutral because I don't know enough to judge if someones "good" as in terms of my own moral codex. Most often time reveals what kind of person I'm dealing with.
Of course, every person judges by looks because that's something we have from our ancestors. We judge a situation or people by the level of danger they give off.

⌞ Having people who care about me.
⌞ Having a warm place to stay.
⌞ Being able to take care of basic needs like buying foods, or warm clothes, books etc.
⌞ Most of my loved ones didn't catch corona and are safe - which makes me happy.
⌞ Being able to study where I wanted to.

Either they are all "Anti-Corona" believers, which is...well, ridiculous if you look at the numbers of all the people, who died because of this. It's like saying - people who died in the first or second world war...non-existent. Because I wasn't there. XD Like what? They are numerous of documentations on this, just because you didn't experience something doesn't mean its not true...but I think this is a whole another discussion here.
Or...they have serious health issues which is, why they don't wear masks.

I have a strong opinion on my ideals and my own moral codex. And usually, I don't compromise on this. Or very seldomly. In fact, you have to make very logical, reasonable points to make me change my mind on it.
Furthermore when it comes to people, animals I care about. If it's about the health and security of those I love I don't compromise. I will put your health and safety first even when I have to argue with the person itself when they try to self-sabotage themselves. But of course, it has to do with my ideals and morals. XD Usually I do what I can to keep people away from hurting themselves or from getting hurt. I hate to see my loved ones struggling or being in pain. I feel like it becomes my own pain so...that's why I try to prevent and to help where it's possible.

Choose peace. Don't allow other people to create a war in your mind. Help and stand up for others and even for yourself but don't allow other people to have power over your mindset. Keep up to your good intentions and let aggressive behaviour not corrupt your peace of mind.
