Anything that feels toxic to me. Especially when I feel the pressure to interact with them because they are dear or close to me. I should take a better look because people who are dear and close don't try to hurt you, so you get traumatized after them.

For far too often I made up excuses in my mind for poor behaviour and instead of this, I want to see it as it is. I want to say no in the beginning so I don't have to taste the afterglow of that pain, that comes after I let someone step on my feelings. Because if you let it happen once - it will happen twice and as many times as I allow someone to treat me poorly. People get comfortable when they noticed someone allowed them to hurt the other. So they just go on with what they did - because truth be told they really don't care if it hurts you or not - and later on excuse themselves... like little angels that they are. If I don't allow them to continue everything dissolves into harmony.
