My thoughts on this are. You can look at this in one way or another. It may be true. One who suffers causes damage to other people because what he/she feels overflows inside. But you always have a choice in your actions. You choose to hurt someone. You. And you can't blame it on someone else. We should always be aware of the responsibility that comes with our own actions/reactions and words.
And yes the person does need help. But in order to heal you need to understand that you can't set others on fire just because of yourself in flames.

As we grow older we learn to keep our rooms, our flats, our homes clean. We should keep our home, our earth clean. Altogether. It's not a task for a few people alone. We need to work on this altogether.
Furthermore, we need to grow kindness in our hearts. Not only with our environment but also to ourselves.

∟ you need to be good at math to have an adequate job.
∟ sometimes when they promise forever, you know it won't last
∟ they can't live as long as you do
∟ you can hold on to someone as tight as you can, they will slip away if they don't want to stay
∟ you have to look at the intentions, not at the words of a person
∟ the person you trust today can become a stranger tomorrow

I was on Wacken with my boyfriend in 2016/17. This year it rained all day and night. My tent was taken by wind and weather on the 2nd day. The medieval stage, though, was super awesome. Was the only thing that made me stay, I guess. X'D The weather was horrible and the prices for food are just a joke. I loved the music. But staying there....was one of my horrific expieriences.

Do you like having background noise when you sleep?

Usually with no noise at all. I can't fall asleep with background noise except when it's very silently and usually only nature noises like the cracking of the fire, sound of the waves of the ocean, chirp of cricket and other sounds like that.
