C is the most logical because I would not harm myself but still try to help.
A is irresponsible
B is not smart because the person committing the cr*ime would instantly know what I'm about to do. It would catch their attention.
And for D I would need either strengths or w.e.apons.

I don't have many friends because I seek meaningful friendships, with people I feel kind of connected to. But when I find such a person then I always hope that I don't have to translate my soul to them. It's a really disappointing experience for me when I genuinely try to be an open book to someone and they can listen to me, but they fail to understand. Part of me wants to give up immediately after it happened once and the other part tries to hold on to them because I've chosen them to be friends with.

No, all feelings are valid. Anger tells us that we've been secretly maltreated, it's caused by an imbalance in being treated with less than we think we deserve. Hatred can have many roots, tho. Sometimes disappointment felt too long, e.g., that doesn't mean we should allow ourselves to act on those feelings. But we should learn from them, from a distance.
