Do you have any advice for people who are going through a difficult time? Maybe it's yourself.

Hm, I think that depends entirely on the difficult time.
I mean there lots of different kinds of struggles these days. I wish it wasn't like that.
One piece of advice that I red and found quite helpful was:
Anything that costs your peace is too expensive.
It's good for many kinds of struggles. (Except for if you have struggled with your finances).
If it's the atmosphere around your job - try to find another one. It's better than being stuck with sh*tty people who f*ck with your mental health.
If it's your friends or your family.
Distance yourself from them, because people who love you would not consider hurting you intentionally over a long time.
You have to look out for yourself and see who wants the best for you and not out of you.
