What makes you angry, yet you can't do anything about?
Are we really not capable to do something against those who made us angry or is the amount of effort too much energy to do it on or own? Sometimes what we need is more people standing up against Injustice than falling into the belief that nothing is possible. You only lose If you believe you will.

I think if you keep your hatred low it can teach you a lesson.
e.g. you start hating something because it once meant something to you and it showed you its true colours and suddenly you realize you can't love this anymore - because in your mind it was completely different. Or you start feeling hatred because you realize that you were treated badly by someone you never thought ill of and then you start to reflect on it and learn from it - namely how you don't wish to be treated anymore. Removing your hatred towards people with toxic behaviour would only be made you learn your lessons again and again. And then your hatred would be right back where it was.
