What would you do if you were new to a workplace and you didn't know what to do?you are suppose to offer assistance to an old lady but she starts shouting at you because you don't know your job . She swears at you and feel scared . The old lady doesn't like the care home.

I'm assuming you're a carer or working in a care home?

If you are a carer it's best to try and give an introduction to the residents when trying to assist them with anything (not just personal care!), and then talk them through step by step what you'll be helping them with. You also need to be careful and check their file in case the resident has dementia or aggressive behaviour etc... Best to protect yourself as well as the resident and know beforehand! 🌸

did you study to earn money or for knowledge?

I suppose knowledge, but overall what I took away from my courses is that art is therapy for me. Sometimes I don't realise just how much emotion I'm expressing when being creative, even when just doodling as well! I'll never regret doing art courses no matter if people think it's pointless or a waste, it's taught me a lot about myself. 🌸
