Why do some people at work discriminate against people with disabilities like autism, disabled people etc?...
Possibly because they are ignorant and unaccepting of diversity, they may not like having to make changes to the work place to suit those with disabilities/learning difficulties because it can be required and you can challenge them in court for discrimination.
Not everyone is used to or has experience of being around disabled people or those with learning difficulties, so they don't understand them and they have very low expectations of how intellectual that person might actually be. You could be the biggest asset to a company but are treated horrifically because people don't care to see what you are capable of and how you can benefit the workplace. It's disgusting really! 👌🌸

I believe TikTok is just another social media platform to brainwash people. Can't say I'm going to be interested in making an account or looking silly in public learning the latest dance trends. When I see young girls setting up their phones to record in public places (especially in supermarkets) I feel embarrassed for them because it just looks silly and there's really no need to be recording/ prancing around people who are trying to buy food etc. 🌸

I'd rather work at a job I valued, I wouldn't be motivated to work for a company/organisation/boss that I didn't respect or like. I feel like it'd be draining thinking about going to the job if I didn't like it and the money wouldn't be guaranteed if I had no motivation to want to be there! I'd rather do something I enjoy over being paid large amounts of money. 🌸

I wouldn't consider contacts, I really don't think I'd suit them. I'm too used to seeing myself with glasses that I'd feel a bit weirded out without them! I think I suit glasses and I'd look strange without them. 🤓🌸
