Do you like cooking ?

I don't personally enjoy cooking, I'd rather make something quick to eat. Maybe if it was a one off I'd maybe spend a bit extra time and enjoy cooking something but I don't normally tend to enjoy it. ??

When was the last time you visited a hairdresser

If I remember correctly, I was there August last year but I went to the hair dressers in February there to get my fringe quickly trimmed. My hairdresser lets me come in for free to get my fringe cut, he knows I always come back but only when my hair has grown more and I've got lots of split ends. ??

Does your name have a meaning? What is it ??

Apparently in Latin, Laura comes from the name Laurel which means bay tree. ??

What qualities do you value most in a friend?

benj248’s Profile PhotoBenjamin
Loyalty and respect goes a long way with me. I've come across many people who I thought and classed as good friends (including the childhood friend you think will last forever) and I was painfully disappointed.
Disrespect is not what you want in a friendship, no one wants to feel like they're on the outside looking in or feel they are only used as a form of comfort to someone.
You don't assume that a friend would want to intentionally hurt you or go behind your back but it happens... And when or if it does you just lose absolute faith in trusting anyone else!
I personally wouldn't go out of my way to hurt or disrespect a friend, however I would tell them if they were in the wrong in a situation. I wouldn't stand by and willingly let a friend do something wrong, I have done in the past and managed to turn it around because morally it just doesn't sit well with me. ?

Trust comes from team work - what do you think?

Seagullicarus’s Profile PhotoShahaf Yefet
I wouldn't personally agree, yes team work can run smoothly and you can accomplish more than doing multiple tasks individually.
However, it's not necessarily always great working as part of a team, you tend to find there are people who slack off and are more than happy to let others do the work but will happily take credit where it's not due. Sometimes it's difficult if you and someone else clash, whether that be regarding personality or matter of opinion/ decision making.
To have a successful team you would need to consider how each individual will work with the other members of the team and the possible disadvantages of pairing certain individuals together. ??

What is your favorite thrill ride?

I'm not even sure, I don't really go to theme parks or particularly like being on rollercoaster rides.
... I prefer to have my feet firmly on the ground. ??

Do you have a high self-esteem?

Definitely not, I don't think there will be a time where I can honestly and fully say I do have a high self esteem. ?

Do you prefer Belgium or Swiss chocolate?

ElsJ_’s Profile PhotoEls
If it's White chocolate or milk I don't mind if have either!
Surprisingly when I went to Belgium I didn't buy or eat as much chocolate as I thought I would... I think I slightly regret not indulging in some more now! ??

What makes you dizzy?

I tend to get dizzy when feeling unwell or if my blood sugar levels drop. I'm prone to fainting at the best of times though. ??

Which do you prefer, Sorbet or Ice cream?

jdotzc’s Profile PhotoJoe
I actually like both, but if I have a sorbet I tend to prefer mango flavoured.
I think there's more of a variety of flavours in regards to ice cream and there's certainly more choice when it comes to taste. ??

What do you get every time you go food shopping? ?

redoasis2017’s Profile Photo★ ☮ ♫ TEᑎᗩᑕIOᑌᔕ TOᗰᗰᗩY™ ▩ ♚ ☻
What I would normally eat and buy has drastically changed in the past few weeks due to medical issues leading to diet changes (which have been pretty drastic for me). This means I can't eat as I did before and it's more restricting for me. ?
I've mainly been picking up and eating more fruit and veg, different flavoured chicken strips that you can eat hot or cold and I mostly buy flavoured water to drink if I get fed up of drinking still water. ?

Have you ever preformed any shows/acts for an audience?

I have done in the past, I was in a few out of school girls clubs and we performed shows for certain occasions.
I was also in the school band in high school, and when taking music as a subject I had to perform solo pieces to an examiner. I quite enjoyed being in the band though we went on a music trip and performed publicly in Paris and Belgium (a good few years back) which was a great experience! ??

What do you like to being called?

I mostly prefer when I'm addressed by my first name.
I don't generally appreciate being referred to or addressed by anyone as "babe" or such. ?

When you're super busy do you still find time to go on ask ?

Sometimes, I tend to take a break from time to time especially if I have personal things going on offline. ?

Are you afraid of hospitals, doctors, dentists or needles?

dodoBluz’s Profile PhotoNo one from nowhere
I'm more anxious going to the dentist than I am going to the doctors. I'm not scared of needles unless it would be me administering an injection. I'm prone to fainting when getting blood taken though. ??

1. "You English people" wasn't ment to be offensive at all, as I use it to say something nice. Stop getting so easily offended for nothing! 2. Poverty is everywhere, more or less visible. That doesn't stop young English kids studying and becoming whatever they wish to be. And that was my point.

I was answering your question as I read and interpreted it but if you didn't like my response you don't need to read it or respond back.
You didn't mention anything in the previous question referring to kids studying or becoming what they'd wish. It came across as though you were suggesting that English people are and should be privileged to be born as you said that English people are further away from war, poverty and corruption.
