Have you ever made the mistake of thinking that you still stood a chance with someone even tho they made it clear that they only saw you as a friend?
Nope. I did however think I stood a chance with someone who cried in my arms telling me they loved me and wanted to be with me and kissed me (and much more) like I was the love of their life while switching rapidly back and forth between that behavior and then saying they just wanted to be friends. I was not tricked by words, but by actions.

Yeah, the way I really dont believe in love anymore makes me doubt my entire life because ive always been a hopeless romantic and I genuinely am starting to believe most love is short lived and/or one sided.
