how often do you work out? not to come across as a perv but you have a nice toned body and i would like that. i'm a pretty skinny male and i want a body like yours. what do you do to get toned muscle?
i'm trying to work out every other day at the gym. at gym i do weights, not too heavy but just bearable. running machines for cardio. when i'm not working out at gym, i'm at home doing core muscle training like planks.
if you're a skinny guy, then you need to bulk up before you actually see any muscle! idk how tall you are and how much body fat you've already got on you so you should consult a trainer to see how much you have to gain.
i try and maintain my body by eating well. get a little side tracked when Pringles come into the equation! ;)
but yeah, i'm not a professional health person, but that's what i personally do and it works for me :)
