Hi, I had a few classes with you this year, but I don't want to reveal myself. I want to loose weight but I don't know where to start. I saw that you lost and you looked amazing before but you look fab now! Do you have a meal plan and an exercise plan I can use?
Aww!!! Thank you so much!!! <3 xox! You're so sweet! I ate veggies, fruits, protein foods like beans, meat, nuts, seeds, peas, eggs....etc! You can get pretty creative from there! But you can't have breads, grains like pasta, bad carbs, dairy, alcohol, sweets, soda.... !!! :) ONLY WATER....LOT'S OF IT TOO! I did those workout videos on occasion! lol!
