All right. First of all, let's talk about the beauty aspect: you are YOU and you can't be someone you're not. I know we all have a way we all want to look, but it's unrealistic! I'll never be the dark haired/brown eyed/skinny little perky nosed/perfect teethed/big boobed girl I see in my dreams...I am Loretta, not Kim Kardashian. lol! I am a brown haired/blue eyed/big nosed/crooked teethed/flat chested girl, but I've learned to love who I am and I embrace it all! And you should too! Girl, nobody is perfect! Everybody has flaws that make them UNIQUE! I just pointed out some of my flaws. Do I let them get me down? Noope! Why should I, and why should you? What if we all looked like eachother in this world? That would be sick! :P You're beautiful, so, your first step is to STOP criticizing yourself and comparing yourself to others. That is the worst thing you can do! Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful 17 times a day! Don't ever live with expectations of how you're supposed to look! Your mother and father created you how you're supposed to be! I bet you someone out there WISHES they look like you! Be kind to your mind! Praise yourself & support yourself! And if you ever want to hide things that make you uneasy, there is always tricks out there with makeup that can turn us into godesses too, so you have nothing to worry about! I have rosacea, but I just cover it up and go on with my life! It won't stop me! :) Same with my nose...I contour that and highlight it in the middle to make it smaller! lol! But most importantly, have fun with yourself & keep on living! Life's too short to feel bad about your looks! ;) :*
As for your body: That's always an easy fix, if you're not satisfied with it! I bet you, you're gorgeous, but if you want to slim down a little here are a few of my tricks....DO NOT HAVE: Any sort of bread, soda, pasta, dairy, alcohol, or sweets... you will see pounds FLY off! ;) What you CAN eat may be easier: Veggies, fruits, protein foods like beans, meat, nuts, seeds, peas, eggs....etc... You can get pretty creative from there! And if you HAVE to have bread, make sure it's whole wheat, and you avoid it as much as you can! :) And workout videos do wonders! ;) Body image is a thing I know I struggled with for the longest time. I was 130 and 5'4 in 6th grade and felt horrible, so I went anorexic to 89 pounds at 5"6 and i was infertile, dizzy constantly, faint, depressed, and I almost died.... You don't wanna go down that road, it's deadly. Be healthy, if you want to improve your body! When I was 140 pounds last January... That's what I did to go to 110! It's POSSIBLE to look and feel great about yourself!!!! :) I have never been happier with my body! Now it's time for you, too! You deserve to feel comfortable in your own skin! <3 You're beautiful and I love you and keep positive! <3 :*
