I strongly recommend you start slow and do not initially run more than once or twice a week, ith any increases in duration or frequency occurring incrementally.. Also, look on YouTube and watch at least two or three short tutorials on how to run with good form, while paying CLOSE attention to what they all have in common. Tweak the technique to summit your own body as you progress, and always stop before you are completely depleted...(You can still push yourself; but always have a little extra endurance in reserve...
