If you’re a runner/into running, can you drop some tips on how to improve or get started? Thanks

I strongly recommend you start slow and do not initially run more than once or twice a week, ith any increases in duration or frequency occurring incrementally.. Also, look on YouTube and watch at least two or three short tutorials on how to run with good form, while paying CLOSE attention to what they all have in common. Tweak the technique to summit your own body as you progress, and always stop before you are completely depleted...(You can still push yourself; but always have a little extra endurance in reserve...

No, I think it's about perfect. My mom was 7 years younger than my dad. If you are 19; it is FAR more important to make sure you share VALUES and BELIEFS with a guy than it is that you share birth years; though you don't have to agree on EVERYTHING. The love of my life was 19 when I started dating her; and I was 23...
(I would say that if a girl is in high school; then she should either date a high school guy; or she should stay single. Once she graduates; It's appropriate to date anyone she wants; although an age gap of more than 18 years between partners makes it statistically INCREDIBLY unlikely that the relationship will last a lifetime...)

What’s the quality that a man want in his GF ?

Fortunately, most of the qualities I prioritize are things that ANYONE can work on developing in themself...
For me, Loyalty comes first and foremost. Honesty is second, and her being curious is third. Being open and communicative is 4th. Her being intuitive is 5th, and then having a well developed sense of humour is 6th, (though her having a sense of humor is actually one of the first things that I look for...) The next most important thing to me is that she be either creative already, or that she be open to trying to to learn how to develop the instinct to be creative.
As I said; more than half of those qualities are qualities that ANYONE CAN work on developing in themself.... (only being curious and having a sense of humour are nearly impossible to teach to someone who doesn't naturally have any aptitude in those areas, and being intuitive is partially innate; but is ALSO an ability that can DEFINITELY be developed and refined...)
Some guys just look for physical attractiveness alone, and those guys usually end up unhappy.

I HAVE never and WILL never tattoo any part of my body.
It's a pagan practice heralding from ancient demon worshipping rituals started by evil societies who murdered unborn babies; infants, and children in horrific child sacrifices.

Cartoon network or Disney Channel?

In the 90's (and early nearly 2000's), cartoon network for sure.
Courage the cowardly dog;
Tom and Jerry,
Samurai Jack;
Justice League,
Static Shock,

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends,
The Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy;
Teen Titans,
Ren and Stimpy,
And to a lesser extent; Kids Next Door.
Those are literally just what I can remember in less than 2 minutes just from memory!
The only 3 Disney channel shows that I can recall making that kind of impact on me were:
Proud Family
Recess
That's So Raven
I can't (from memory) recall any other Disney channel shows that were even in the same league.

We don't have to. She FEELS as though she doesn't have any choice; but she's wrong.
If she's willing to take a step based on faith; then we definitely still have alternative options available...

Would it be weird to follow a guy on ig if he hasn’t given it to me himself or will I seem desperate to the guy? Cause I worked with him and it was my last day and didn’t get a chance to ask for it, but I found his ig, wanted to follow, but idk if I should go for it if he’s gonna ask how I found it

It sounds like just simply asking him for it first would eliminate the dilemma before it occurs?

Each of us is given a different purpose by the Creator, the point of our life is to find out what the plan and direction he has for our life Is, and to fulfill it to the best of our ability.
Some of us are meant to share the thing that we can easily see; but no one else seems to be able to.

I implore you NOT to do it. There was a documentary done on people who attempted su!cide by jumping off the Golden gate bridge; but who Survived. According to the documentary; 100% of the people who Survived that They interviewed ALL claimed that the MOMENT they jumped, they had an INSTANT realization that they had made a terrible mistake, with the epiphany that every single one of their struggles and problems had a solution EXCEPT for the commiting to the jump and plunge that they had just taken.
We all feel overwhelmed by life (some more than others), but I can assure you that these feelings are fleeting. When people win the lottery, they usually burn through all of it quickly, because the mind is convinced that the good times and the excitement will never end. But it always does. The same is true with depression and grief. When we are in the moment, it feels both overwhelming; and insurmountable. But the darkness is never permanent either, so long as we make a committed decision that we will NEVER be defeated it or resigned to it.
Saddam Hussein quoted a famous Arab Proverb; when he said:“You want to die? Then throw yourself into the sea and you’ll see yourself fighting to survive. You do not want to kill yourself, rather you want to kill something inside of you.””
