They are people who are born between October 23rd and November 21st.
That is literally all. There is no significance beyond the dates. Astrology is a bit like stereotypes, they are over generalizations with little to no truth behind them, that are useful only to people with no time or motivation to do hard thinking for themselves.
In other words; they are a real time saver; but are not useful in the slightest.

To most women; being entertaining, witty, intelligent, insightful, or even just confident are all FAR more important/attractive than simply being good looking.
You are correct that being rich or successful is ALSO often considered to be highly important, but it is worth noting that
A) that is only logical; that women would seek successful or financially independent men, since that is how they can have the security to know that they and their children will be provided for; and
B) There are PLENTY of women I have known that will OVERLOOK a man being poor or financially unsuccessful if they find him to be charismatic and attractive (not just physically), and will commit to him REGARDLESS of his poor financial status.
Granted; the older a woman gets; the MORE she will value a man's financial success; but this is also highly logical and not difficult to comprehend the reasoning behind.

I don't stalk. For you to accuse me of that is absurd.
There's literally no reason to get upset at me for being open and honest.
As for aging problems; I'm still in my twenties, and am healthier and more energetic; as well as more emotionally stable than I was a few years ago... So the only thing someone could accuse me of that's related to age is that I'm not still a teenager; lol.
