I'm sure your a busy person but you should think of doing a blog. Your past ones are amazing.

Thank you, being a busy person is the reason why I haven't. And the medium is dying, sadly.

Trying to imagine a back streeet seems lonely, but beautifully peaceful. Have you taken any interesting photographs?

Not at all, been a bit bothered by the fact that I rarely bring my camera even though I live in the greatest city on earth.

What's the most beautiful attraction you've seen in Japan while living there that is not known worldwide?

I don't recall anything specific. But usually it's something like a backstreet, during the right light conditions ofc

Do you know any tricks to help you sleep when you have troubles trying to sleep?

Not really, I just do it like everybody else I guess? But here's a run down of the basics.
- Keeping my room at 18C/65F, you can also put on socks at night to even faster decrease your body temperature and fall asleep faster
- Limit screen usage before sleep, and I use a warm(less white/blue) light for all my displays at evening/night. I even go as low as 1000K sometimes.
Since the body is programmed to decrease production of melatonin when sunlight hits, it makes us feel more alert in the morning.
I run a software called F.lux on my computer monitors which follows the cycle of the day and gradually adjusts the screen as time passes.
- Put my phone on flight mode. When I decided to go to bes I put in flight mode so I don't ger disturbed or curious to check my phone
- Think about nothing, I try to expell thoughts that requires "heavy" thinking. I try to just think about a black wall of nothing, and then eventually I'll fall asleep.
- Sleep alone. Having someone in bed disturbs your sleep, no matter how much you tell yourself that you sleep better when you're with someone - it is simply not true.

What is your profession in Japan? What do you do to have a good life there? How is the work different than when you were in Sweden?

I take care of business. And that's what I need to do to live a good life.
The main difference is that you can't have a good life in Sweden.
