when I was little someone important to me always told me I needed to lose weight , and now I'm like 108 pounds I'm like 5'3 or 4 and no matter what my friends tell me or anyone I'm still so insecure and I think I'm fat and it makes me so upset sometimes!!I always feel like I need to lose weight :'(

What have you learned today?

Well...So I ate McDonald's today and it just didn't taste as good to me anymore
And then I remembered some adult a long time ago telling me that if I keep eating all this McDonald's all the time then when I get older I'm gonna be tired of McDonald's
