If you don't do well onstage at a comp and you know it or if you loose do you cry or do anything? And what do you right after you get offstage?

if something goes wrong onstage and its my fault i get very mad at myself because because i take competitions very seriously & i feel like i let my entire team down. but right after i compete i go get chinese food and if the comp is at CCC i go sit in a specific spot alone and have my soup and calm down. then i find my friends haha
