The way they act...This would be easier with a scenario...but I can't really think of one atm. But normally you can kind of tell by someone's attitude and repetitive actions. Some people are also just really good at reading others, though we don't all possess this talent...

Well, you can never know 100%, but you can after a while by mannerisms...
But the kiss was forced though.
Either way you still said you thought you loved the person... Which kinda baffles me if it was forced. You should want to kiss someone you love. If that was the only kiss you ever shared with the other person then you can make the decision yourself based on what actually happened at the time.

Well...you've already said that your first kiss was with someone else, and you thought it was love. You had the emotion and you knew what you were doing and what you wanted. That person was your first kiss. Just because you've found someone else, doesn't mean you should forget moments you had with other people. Its because of those past relationships that you are the kind of person you are now in your new relationship. You will have a first kiss with the person you're with now and you can remember as such. The first kiss you two shared. It will still be special. But don't erase someone just because they're in your past. If you try to, then you're lying to yourself about what a relationship is.

Tho its a nickname of mine, *wink wink*, I actually don't like kitkats at all. LOL. And I wouldn't recommend it because its chocolate and nothing but sugar. When your sick you need more nutrients than that. Sure a kitkat is nice, but have real food like soup or porridge. Also drink lots of fluids~
