No. My point i'm making is my mum gets people to buy stuff SHE likes for me as if we're somehow the same person. It's more ungrateful to accept a gift, dump it in your room and never use it as oppose to saying "hey I appreciate the gesture but i'm not a fan so I can exchange this for something else"
