I use apple music and have a couple playlists downloaded

what are your plans for the day?

I have a 3 hour korean lesson in Manchester in the morning then I gotta travel back to my city to go to work

I like to be left alone in person but I usually go talk to online friends if i'm really upset

sorry for the hiatus, friends !! life has been super busy. qotd: do you celebrate mother's day (may 14th in the US)? if so, what do you plan on doing?

Mother's Day is in March in the UK and I usually just buy my mum a gift bag and fill it with stuff from Lush, some scented candles and like a gift card for somewhere

What historical topics do you find most interesting?

The Romanov Dynasty, Witchcraft in Europe and Witch hunting, the Three Kingdoms of Korea, The Edo period, Ancient Greece
Honestly there's a load more but these are the ones off the top of my head that I find really interesting

are there any types of questions you refuse to answer? where do you draw the line between an acceptable and unacceptable question?

I'm extremely open about my life so there's not a lot I won't answer but questions about my mental health I try to water down my answer as much as possible because I don't want to upset anyone else

Is there any subject at school that you find really boring?

I took History as a GCSE so I did it for 5 years in high school and we would literally be taught about WW2 every single year and it wouldn't even be something different it would literally be about The Holocaust and we briefly went over the nuclear bombing of Japan once (I had an argument with so many people when we were debating whether it was right or not) and I completely understand that The Holocaust is probably the thing most people think of when you mention WW2 but there's so much more to the whole thing that that.
I absolutely adore history as a subject but it was so unvaried at my school

what kinds of questions do you wish you received more often? what do you like talking about the most?

I quite like questions about my interests so kpop and makeup mainly. I enjoy talking about politics too but that tends to attract the wrong kind of people on here tbh

I get proper weird when my otp kiss in like a show or fanfiction or whatever, that's like the only thing I can think of

Knowing everything you know now would you have handled things that happened to you in the past better?

Absolutely. I think my mental health is significant with this bc before I was diagnosed with anything I literally didn't have a clue what tf was wrong with me and I alienated myself from my mum bc of her marriage and I handled everything like shit. With what I know now that entire period would have still been absolute trash but I think i'd have dealt with it in a better way that I did like i'm still depressed as all hell but i'm not making it a hundred times worse by what I was doing to cope yfm.
