In the US, we are able to contribute on political candidates campaigns. But isn't this bribery? Explain why or why not?
Not bribery. A candidate presents a platform. A person likes it and sends in $100 for support. Other people do the same.
Then some person or group donates $100,000 or more. They hope for favorable treatment after the election.

I’ve forgotten most of them. They are marvels of history though. I like the pyramid at Giza. The amount of engineering and construction is amazing considering they had primitive tools.
