This is for my African American women: Do you think it’s a compliment for a person of non color to say “You’re pretty for a black girl” or “You’re cute for a black girl” Am I wrong for getting offended.

That’s a backhanded compliment 💀 Quite racist too coming from someone who isn’t black. I used to talk to a white guy and he’d say stuff like that to me all the time. Like I look better with my hair straightened. Please Speak up if it makes u uncomfortable when someone says stuff like that ☹️

As a non African America “girl” I still say that’s offensive. Why does the color of your skin matter towards your beauty? You’re beautiful. Enough said.
No you're not wrong, those statements suggest that because your skin color is different that you're not likely to be pretty but you're surprisingly pretty for someone with your skin color and that's racist. All humans are beautiful. Though some human souls aren't.
It is a backhanded compliment, so no, it's not a compliment. It's pretty rude and racist and it is totally validated to feel insulted by that.
