Depends on the school and how big the team is. My high school didn't do that for the JV team because we were pretty small and one bus was enough. But larger schools might do that
What do you consider to be a healthy relationship?
Communication, 100% of the time. Making time yo see/talk to your SO. Telling each other things that bother. Respecting boundaries. Being willing yo tell the other when you start losing feelings for them.

Not fail any of my classes, be happier, and be more independent

No matte what, have fun with life and be who you want to be
