what workouts do you do?
Just the normal stuff:
-Squats
-Situps
-Pushups(just about)
-Plank
-I've attempted to go for a run everyday; but getting up early was a hassle and I gave up after like a week LOL
-Jumping Jacks(star jumps)
Remember this is when I'm bothered okay.
