What would it take to make Madden's yearly release a huge cultural event like it was years ago, instead of just another in the series? I know that the NFL mandates a yearly release, so removing that won't work. So what would you do if you were in charge?
Renegotiate that deal with the NFL. Yearly releases help nothing. They could just as easily release a simple yearly update that handles rosters, stadiums, uniforms, etc. and spend that time improving the game in meaningful, significant ways instead of pumping out a steady stream of yearly disappointing bug-fests.

Why is Bubsy so reviled? I mean, it's not a good platformer, but there are several games that are far worse than this stupid cat.
Some of the hate is warranted, but honestly I believe that the better part of the Bubsy hate is bandwagon haters who have never even actually played the games. "OMG, people are hating something over there! I want to hate it, too!" Ya know, the Internet.
