Given the danger, is Atticus justified in taking the Tom Robinson case so seriously?
Of course he is, it’s his job to take every case seriously. Atticus also had a strong moral compass, so it didn’t matter if it was his job or not. He knew it wasn’t right and he wanted to do something about it.
