so did he want his last name of the Bc our you just took it off cause you never wanted her to have his last name
She had Sekella McCann but when we had it notarized to put matt on the birth certificate as the father I wanted to change it just Sekella to make it easier for Arabella when she is in school so I had that changed at the Same time but I guess when we had it notarized together he never properly read through all the changes listed on the back of her birth certificate even after the notary asked to verify that everything was correct

It was it was changed he may argue that he won't allow to change it but he already signed it in front of a notary acknowledging the name change

How come matt says you and arabella dont live with your mom
Who knows my grandma is my babysitter so that I don't have to pay for daycare and sometimes during the week if I work 2 days in a row at 5 am I will spend that night at my grams so that I don't have to wake Arabella up at 4am to then take her to my grams and try and get to work by 5am maybe that's why he says that but I've told the judge after matt tried bringing it up in court and the judge was ok with it matt claims he has proof what proof idk but Arabella is allowed to visit relative and she's allowed to sleep over places to make it convenient for me :)
