Why are you managing / coaching a team when you suck at League

I am managing because I know I suck as a player. The things I do know, are how to play the map, how to talk to people, how to build a brand, and how to word things so that even the worst team will sound like a dream come true. (I could make coast sound like they should be getting millions)
