Who is the bravest person you know?

My mentor, Thom Bunch. He fought in Vietnam and got his body torn to shreds. He died on the operating table, but he refused to give up. He is so respected by his coworkers and students and loves teaching. I hope I can be as great of a person and officer as he is.

What's the weirdest deja-vu experience you've encountered?

It was weird. In middle school, I used to have these dreams that would come true. They would happen months apart. I would start writing them down and checking off when they happened. I will have to try to find the journal, it's in my writing drawer somewhere.

If you were to get a tattoo today, what would you get and where would you have it placed?

I would get the tattoo I've wanted for years.
It would be exactly like the one below, but it would be around my wrist like a bracelet. The star would be at the center of the back of my wrist and the words would start and end at it wrapped around my wrist.
Yes, it would be a replica of Harry Styles' tattoo.

What teacher in school made the most impact on you and why?

When I went to my first high school, I was constantly bullied and I was in really bad place. I had no friends, no one would talk to me and I would sit on the stairs and eat lunch. I didn't have a single soul in the world to talk to and it would eat away at me every single day. One day, I was sitting on the stairs, which was right next to one of my teacher's rooms. I had noticed that my teacher had seen me sitting there before, but that day, they finally asked me what I was doing out there. I told them that I didn't have anywhere else to go, so they invited me inside the class for lunch. I know that it sounds like I was a major loser, but I was and it was the first attempt someone made to be kind to me, so it was amazing. The next day, I sat on the stairs again. I thought that it was like a one time thing and I didn't want to bother them on their one break of the day. But they saw me there and asked me what I was doing and to come inside. It ended up being a daily thing and it ended up being very important to me. Things wouldn't be the same if they hadn't shown me the kindness they did. We bonded over the same favorite tv show and they talked to me about my problems. They were very straight forward with me and I used to think that would make them an ass sometimes, but they were right. Life is going to kick you in the ass sometimes, but it's what you make of it. One time I asked them why they did this for me and they said that they had a student that committed suicide and it deeply impacted them. I also knew that they did it because they were one of the best people I have ever met. They used to write love poems for their significant other and share them with the class. When they got married, they showed me all the pictures. I swear there must of been like 60 of them. (Thank goodness, I wasn't still their student for when their first kid came. The picture count would have quadrupled.) It's kind of weird to say that I became friends with them, but I did. I've thought about visiting them to say thank you or whatnot, but I always chicken out. I don't know what I could say to show just how I much I appreciated everything they did for me. I did talk to their significant other a few months after that school year ended though. I told their s/o shortly about their kindness and thanked them. I don't know why, it felt right. Like they had sort of impacted my life as well. Actually, while I was typing this, I looked up to see if they still work at the school. To my disappointment, they do not. But, I still have contact with their s/o. I think what I would really like to do is to get them to come to my graduation and have them see what they have helped make; a girl with hope, ambition. I really wanna shake their hand and say thank you one last time, before I really put the whole thing behind me. It's haunted me and I still get flashes of everything that happened to me there sometimes. But making friends with an amazing teacher, will be the best memory of all.
