health-
get excersize every day. it will make you feel god about yourself, make you healthier, and give you more energy
-always eat breakfast. it might not seem like it, but it actually makes you lose we right AND gives you more energy for your day.
-don't skip meals or go on hardcore diets, it will mess up your metabolism.
-remember how beautiful you are to motivate yourself to stay healthy❤
stress-
excersize will help you relieve stress.
get enough sleep, but don't oversleep.
ask someone to help you out.
get someone you can talk to.

I have dark under eye circles. I want to get rid of them but my mom doesn't allow me to wear make up. I need some ways to get rid of them without using any makeup products. Please help😞

I feel completely worthless what do I do 😭

I know how it feels to feel worthless. It isn't a good feeling. It isn't something that you want to feel. But just remember, there are sooo many people on this earth that love you, and care about you. So many people who want to see you happy and smiling. You have so many purposes iin your life. So many reasons for being here. If you were worthless, and had no reason to be here, you wouldn't be here. You were put on this earth for a reason. If you werent here, so many people would be lost. I know things can get hard, but at the end of a tunnel, there's light. At the end of a storm, there's a rainbow. Everything gets better. You just have to be patient, and remember what you're worth, which is a lot. Smile darling. Look at the good things in life. Smile at the small things. Appreciate things that you have. Keep that head up, and go do something that will make you feel better. I love youu<3

My mom is trying to get me to lose weight and she acts like it is easy I'm 14 and 134 pounds an she says that I'm not trying when all I do is try but it's easy for her to say beause she is a personal trainer

talk to your mother about how this makes you feel. you arent fat or overweight, but you honestly want to lose weight please do it carefully. diets are dangerous and can screw your metabolism up, making you gain more weight. eat fruits and vegetables, exercise, and instead of two big meals, eat 5 or 6 smaller ones.
but you're beautiful the way you are. if she makes you feel bad about yourself tell her. don't let her do that to you. your body is fine and I hope you know how perfect you ar❤
