kmt i'm not gonna request anything bc u guys dont answer . ik ur busy and all but if someone sends hate u guys reply asap but wen i send requests u dont KMFT :/

I'm sorry about this but we had an accident because like 10 or 15 requests were deleted from our box, that's probably why we never got to reply to your request :/ And we don't reply to hate actually, we delete most of it but we reply to basic questions like there because they're easy to answer, and if we reply to a request then, we have to do it soon. But right now we have only like 2 requests, so yeah :/ You can send your request because there's a good chance someone will do it real soon now, since most of our requests got deleted, I'm really sorry. :c

So I download a mp4 movie with 6 channels and the channel where they are supposed to be the voiceovers only are mix the background noises and the soundtrack do I need to convert it first to have the channel with the voiceovers only?

Yes, maybe if you convert it first, and set the options to the right one, you can get all 6 channels, seperately

Hi! I just wanted to ask, do you know any converter that can be used for web-DL 5.1 channels? Mine doesn't work anymore TwT

Hey there, you can try Freemake or FormatFactory! Make sure you check on your audio settings that you put 6 channels before converting :)

Hello, can someone please tell me how to make this transition? I've been looking for it for days: http://i.imgur.com/8rSrg08.jpg {The screenshot is from a serendipity video}

Hey there, that looks like just a normal fade! Just push one clip into the over so they overlap!
