First of all I'm no philosopher or a therapist, but since you ask something,lemme tell you what I think .
It's totally okay and normal to be one/two steps behind everyone. If you keep moving you'll find your place but the condition here is to "KEEP MOVING AND PUSHING" . We may have a bunch of extraordinary people around us with amazing abilities and on the other hand we lack all those skills but we can counter this by improving our " IKHLAQ ", public dealings, Attitude towards life etc . And Kabhi bhi pareshan nhi hona , nhi ata Kuch nhi to KOI BAT NHI phr Kia hova ? Bss simply do no harm to others , your life will be beautifully beautiful to the extent that your circle will long for the life ONLY you have.❤️

I cannot say anything about others as things that maybe the source of happiness to me can be desire in eyes of many or vice versa😊 . Unki zindagi hai wo jany aur unki khushiyan 🙌. Aur ap kese " real happiness " or desire mein frq krty ho , do tell me as well .

Yes I do .This concept is pretty vanilla to me as it's quite natural to have anything like that, and I actually love it when people share and express thing with each other with an element of trust knowing their limits. And it's lovely if they're making convos and have nothing btw. And even if there's something them it's even more beautiful (keeping things pure and in accordance with culture , tradition, social circle and religion also) .

If my opinion there isn't such thing called " happiness " in this case. It can me a fantasy or false perception of ecstasy but not felicity. U cannot suppress the inner you for very long time.
Keep it silky and smooth , why do we need to pressurize ourselves for nothing. Haan agr apko waqai khushi horhi hai aur ap uss wjh sy hansty hansaty tu others may say galt hai but in my view thik hai kuch ni hota :)
