If Nasu were hired to write the Star Wars visual novel tie-in, what would it be like?

A very angsty version of KOTOR, probably? The Hero is possessed by an ancient Sith Spirit, but the attractive female descendant of the Jedi who originally defeated it shows up to help the hero. Meanwhile, galactic war has broken out, and The Hero must take it upon himself to stop the fighting while struggling against the Darkness Within.
In theory, I might actually read a Nasu Wars VN. But considering that selflessness/detachment are Light Side virtues and Love/Sex are considered Dark Side virtues in Star Wars lore, I'd be a little worried about Nasu's worst tendencies running away with the script.
Nasu's take on the Jedi Code might be interesting though...

Generic fetch and collection quests in RPGs, especially of the massively multiplayer variety, are boring and frustrating. But do you think there are elegant alternatives developers could use in their place?

Man, you are asking the wrong person here. I actually find the typical MMO mantra of "Complete a series of nearly identical repetitive tasks over and over to receive incremental rewards" to be fairly relaxing. I spent days, if not weeks, of my life flying around in WoW picking flowers while chatting with people on Vent. And those are some of my fondest gaming memories.

Can you recommend a good waifu simulator?

I feel like "Love Plus" is kind of the default answer here, with a corollary joke answer of "Fire Emblem Fates".
But I actually most want to recommend the Galaxy Angel games for being one-part Waifu Simulator, one-part Space Opera, and one-part real-time strategy game. These games also have the benefit of being non-PC releases, so they're actually not H-games. If that's not enough, they also feature both Miyuki Sawashiro and Yukari Tamura as Best Girls.

Bees, I guess.
