Aren't guards usually paid so that those things are their problem? Generally if people can't leave an awkward situation they try to get rid of it via tacit shaming or explicit "Get a room" style verbal confrontation. The bystander effect of "not my problem / someone else will take care of it" is also taken care of in most organizations, just call security and they'll take care of it, it's what they get paid for right?

Fun fact, getting into place you are not supposed to be is easy if you pretend to belong hard enough. ie: social engineering.

If you can radiate that "aura of normality" no one pays any attention to you... but that's a bit hard to do with you're a robot with glowing orange eyes haha~

Why do people call Esper 'them'? That's only a little better than calling her 'him'!!

Unless someone is sensitive about being referred to in a gender neutral way they/them/their is usually the safest route to take when you aren't sure and asking isn't a good idea. Calling Esper "It" or "That" would make you a bully though, she's a person not a thing!
Generally there are two types of people who get offended by being referred to as they, the vast majority being prescriptivist English teacher types, and very rarely someone who has had a hard time presenting add their gender and takes it as an attack on their appearance.

I never said the Templars where good or nice, just that there is a way they could work with vampires to their mutual benefit. Honestly the more I learn about Templars the more I dislike them, except Vicky, but she's a heretic so she doesn't count~

Vicky has always had light hair, and she has no craving for blood or flesh so she doesn't meet any of the description under "Identifying Vampires". The "seed" may be "sewn" but it clearly hasn't manifested yet if so. Looking at all of her scars, plus acute anemia, and maybe a bit of age, explains all the symptoms she's shown so far. Anemia is known for causing faintness when standing and poor coordination, both things she's mentioned being new problems.
That's rather interesting though... the vampire princess seems to remain lucid even when short on blood. If it's only her then my idea isn't likely to work, but if vampires do generally remain lucid (maybe that's something the Awakened have claim to?) then they could actually be negotiated with assuming the templars could set aside their dogma for a bit. A bit of blood is a small price for the templars as a whole, and a nigh unkillable soldier would be a valuable asset, particularly against those vampires who are less interested in an alliance. It could work, unless I'm missing something that would ruin it.

Horns non, but...

Yeah, there's always systemic issues to deal with in things like this. Why I'm hoping that Mi Abass's inventions will help ease the resource scarcity problem in Himehorn 911. Once that gets resolved we'll actually need to get the attention of the rulers that aren't just motivated by scarcity, but some kind of hatred... I really hope we've made a lot of friends before then!

I think everyone does in some form or another. Some people don't like certain kind of physical contact, but other kinds are fine. As long as you're willing to listen and maybe experiment a bit you can find a nice solution for everyone! <3
