y'all gotta talk shit about who she's choosing in this case, and should she choose the other guy, how y'all are gonna split custody and all that amongst yourselves. from the moment that she chooses the other guy, it's easy to conclude she didn't care about you the way you cared about her. it won't make the breakup easy, but it'll be crucial to understand that you were underappreciated there and that attempting to go back to her wouldn't be healthy for you.

I mean honestly there’s not much you can do and this is how I look at things ... if it’s meant to be than you guys will be together if not that it’s time to move on she says she loves you she could love you and not want to be with you honestly ... if you wanna win her back or whatever just take it slow and don’t rush it or put any pressure on her in hopes she’ll come around and give you another chance but if she’s with someone else you should also respect her relationship and her happiness

Just show her how much you love and care about her, actions speak louder than words.

If she says she loves you but is with him, then that love is not strong enough to guarantee that you are worth being in a romantic relationship with, when it comes to her. She's lying right to your face and that is nowhere near what you deserve. You deserve a companion who expresses such affections and means it, someone who will stand by you when they say these things, and not by someone else.
