How do you feel right now?

The construction of this life in the huge world is based on a tiny organ of a body. Brain molds our emotions to develop a pattern of thinking. Why am I making this so complicated to explain this? Because I've crossed all the limits of overthinking. There are some patterns of human behavior. When you lose control of your emotions, you overthink about something. Then you cry. After that, you think of same things. Finally you break the barrier & now you're tired. Now your thinking capabilities are gone. At this point, you forget about the goal or cause of depression. Now you only want to get rid of this negativity. You only want peace & only want to stop crying. This is the moment when you realize that no matter what, our nature calls us & we do it for ourselves. Remember, self love is the most important. It includes taking care of yourself, your health, food, blood relations. If you don't love yourself, nobody will love you. The whole procedure is like rebirth. Allah breaks you into pieces to see our efforts. Do we really put effort to join our pieces together? This is really painful. Emotional breakdown is a serious matter in our society. Emotions can hold the command to control the reality of life. After the damage, we heal in the name of Allah. We don't usually focus what he is trying to give us. There must be better options & ways for our life. We aren't concerned because we can't see the future. If it was visible, there would be no patience & understanding between Islam & muslims. He is the one who breaks & heal the human being. He only does this to the people he love. Every uncertainty is possible in this life. Be prepared & pray for everything you have.

Muhammad ﷺ said “When a slave commits a sin, a black spot appears on his heart. But if he give it up, seeks forgiveness and repents, his heart will be cleansed, but if he repeats it, (the blackness) will increase until it overwhelms his heart".
Allah also said
"No! But what they have been doing has rusted their hearts" (Surah Mutafiffin 83:14)

Spiritual book suggestions?

Kashf al-Mahjub by Ali Hujwiri. Though it has complex knowledge of sufism & spirituality. It was very hard to understand. But this book is simplified by so many publishers. You'll definitely find a good one.

Why do you like taking care of people's pain?

maryamwaheed129912’s Profile PhotoMaryam
I do this a lot unconsciously. Even sometimes I put myself in emotional crisis. I never want any person to feel pain. Holding onto something isn't always the best idea. It's very painful. We all need to learn that sometimes letting go can free your pain.

Iblis (Shetaan) cried loudly four times.
1) When Allah declared him as cursed.
2) When he was thrown out.
3) When Muhammad ﷺ was born (Because he could see his failure).
4) When Surah al-Fatiha was revealed.
