i have been in relationship with my girl for 2 years now but now i am shifting to canada permanently as my dad got citizenship it is really breaking my heart that i have to leave her i am also having second thoughts whether our relationship will work since we are in two different countries

why can't you be in a long distance relationship till you get her to Canada as well? It seems like you used her because she was there and now that you are moving, she is just like a piece of furniture you throw cuz it's an inconvenience 🤨

Post anything!

people who would give you shit for things you can't control aren't respecting you. i recommend setting firm boundaries with those people and if they don't respect your boundaries that you find people who will and let those people go. your well-being is more important than whether or not you remember a day!! anyone who doesn't prioritize the health and happiness of themselves and those they love shouldn't be in your life!

Any Random Thought? ✨

I recently read the story "We used to live here" by Polterkites. It is a very good story.
However... ever since I read it, I have been suffering anxiety. The story, particularly the ending, keeps invading my thoughts. I will wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, thoughts of the story flooding into my brain.
I don't know what it is about this one in particular, but it really gets under my skin in a way I don't like. It's not Polterkites' fault, they are a very good author. I am the one this story is having such an effect on.
Have you ever read a story that gives you anxiety and shows up as an intrusive thought? If so, how do you deal with it?

What’s on your mind?

I’m really big on showing up for those who show up for you. You can’t expect genuine love & support when that’s not what you’re giving. Reciprocity is everything. Love on who loves you. Don’t be so busy chasing anything that you lose sight of who has always been in your corner.

Do you agree that loneliness can be addictive and therefore dangerous?

Chronic loneliness is not good for ones mental and emotional health, it can provoke problems like stress, depression, anxiety and so on also increase the risk of premature death yet its not easy to be around selfish and manipulating society/company. Kia keray insaan 🤦🏻‍♀️ bachara
