y r u a vegetarian ?? don't u need protein ??
There are other ways of getting protein not just meat :) eggs, cheese, quorn, tofu, beans, nuts and lots of other ways. Being a vegetarian is far healthier, there is a far less chance of getting high cholesterol and other health problems, in general vegetarians live 8 years longer than people who eat meat regularly which is the same amount in general as a smoker and a non smoker. Also I just really REALLY love animals and I couldn't live with myself if I ate something which was the product of animal torture and animal death... Sometimes I don't even feel comfortable eating anything that comes from animals because I know there's a possibility that the animals have been treated cruelly...
