A motivationa latter as to how you should receive a coding bursary, stating a bit more about myself and why should I be the one of the students to receive the bursary.
Perhaps start with your achievements and perhaps focus on your ability to overcome obstacles and how you are able to work with others. Then perhaps focus on your academic achievement in languages and maths and science and all coding and computer experience you have.
Then speak about your passion for coding and what you would like to achieve in life due to the opportunity the bursary will open up. Do not be afraid to make this goal apparently quite modest like starting and raising a family but do speak about the values that you want to promote in what you dream of doing and how they benefit society.
And last state your material needs which make a bursary necessary.
Think further on this outline and add any other aspects which you think will be beneficial. Keep it brief and to the point. Get someone good in written language to read and correct it.

Hopefully not! What a joy to be who we are always! So we are to God and so why should we hide from others!?

PS I was amazed to find out that in the old days the Chinese used carrier pigeons to carry rice to beseiged troops. The pigeons would store the rice in their crops and fly to the troops where it would be removed!

Can we say that a belief isn't just a thought in the mind but something that takes over and controls the mind?
I would say that beliefs must be subject to reason as, though, true faith in God is above reason it is not against reason.
Of course, though, we sometimes reach a belief falsely and then it is easy to deny reason to hold onto our belief or rather it is difficult to accept reason and give up our false belief.

Why should I say nothing and keep my feelings to myself when my friend says he is gay instead of telling him that being gay is wrong?
It is a good thing to warn people that homosexual acts are seriously sinful. As it is a good thing to warn everyone that sexual thoughts and acts outside of marraige are seriously sinful. And to be clear marraige can only be between one man and one woman.
There is a fine, but I think important, distinction between telling your friend this and telling him it is wrong to be gay. What I mean is if he has the temptation to think impure thoughts towards people of the same gender but does not act on them (a state which some would describe as being gay) then he has not sinned at all but in fact won great blessings by resisting evil.

what is "being state of grace" require? does the Bible talk about it? is it being a member of the house of god?
Being in a state of grace means that you have God's life in you.
How is this achieved? Firstly through baptism. Here one receives the Holy Spirit and one's sins are forgiven and one becomes part of God's household of which you spoke.
Can we lose the state of grace? Yes! Through a mortal sin. If we die in this state we go to hell!
What makes a sin mortal? It must be a serious matter, we must know it (or even mistakenly think it) to be a serious matter and we must consent to the sin.
What sins constitute serious matter? Some examples are: missing Mass on a Sunday or Holy Day of Obligation, sex outside of marraige, masturbation, pornography and even impure thoughts! Regarding impure thoughts it is important to understand the aspect of consent.
What is consent with regard to a mortal sin? This means that we are free to act and we give in to the action. So in the case of impure thoughts simply having an impure thought enter the mind does mean that one has consented to it. But should one etertain the thought and give in to it then one has consented and it is a mortal sin.
Regarding freedom of action an extreme example would be rape. The victim would not be guilty of a serious sin as they did not act freely.
Can we win back a state of grace if we have lost it? Yes! And here we touch again on the aspect of God's household and even more specifically being an active part of his Church.
There are two ways to win back a state of grace after mortal sin. The one is by a perfect act of love to God. This means one is sorry for what one has done only because it has offended God and not due to any loss on one's own part.
The other is by Confession to a Catholic priest. In Confession one tells the priest the number and kind of one's mortal sins and makes at least an imperfect act of contrition, where one is sorry for one's sins but not only due to the offence to God but also due to our loss. Then priest has power from God to forgive our sins!
This agrees with the Bible!
