I hope that I will not give up any luxury but I did get quite anxious when I lost my phone and I am not really sure that it is a necessity.

How can you want to hurt someone if you're mentally stable? How can you want to be hurt if you value yourself?
Hopefully it does not come to physical violence but we often hurt each other through sin. The only way to not hurt each other is by God's grace. Cut God out of the picture and we are not able to live in harmony with each other.

Do you think parents should be taught how to eat healthy and cook healthy so their kids don't have to feel the strain of growing up as an unhealthy young kid/young adult???
Sure it would be great if parents ate healthy and taught their children to do the same.
