Ask @Strongdef:

Why is that when a right handed person tries to write with their left hand, it turns out to be very difficult for them??

Because it has to do with motor cortex in the Brain. For Right handed people, the motor cortex in left hemisphere of the brain is dominant. Since the right hemisphere of the brain controls the left hand, the motor cortex in that hemisphere is not as developed, nor are the muscles in your left hand trained for such task like writing ( the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body and the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body). Because you use your right hand more than your left, the muscles in your right hand are stimulated for that task, your left hand is that hand that has never been required for that task so the muscles haven't really developed.
