I just watched your video on social anxiety and I struggle with it too . How do you deal with presenting in class ? I can't stand it . I stutter and shake . Can you help me out ?
awh im sorry to hear that ): honestly presenting in class has never really been an issue for me because i just remember that everyone has to do it at one point or another, it's not like you're the only one. and let's get real here, i can promise that more than half of the kids in your class aren't even listening to a word you say because almost everyone zones out during presentations when a whole class is doing it so don't even worry about it. & if you're still nervous after all of that, then talk to your teacher and just explain that you don't feel comfortable presenting and im sure your teacher will understand
