Umm, so a little while ago I began cutting. On both my hips and a little on my wrist. I've completely stopped no more urges to hurt myself. Nothing. And all my cuts are healing wonderfully. But I'm so mad and upset with myself for doing it in the first place... :(
Its alright, you did it.. and you were intelligent enough to know that you shouldn't do it and stopped. be proud of yourself because you have done what many others can not, which is stop self harming - Jake
I have never self harmed but have had urges for ages. they were really big earlier so I resulted in using my nails and scratching my wrists. is that a form of self harm if I left huge red marks?
