Every time you feel like biting or picking your nails, try and find something that can distract you from doing so, try flicking your fingers, playing thumbsies, or clacking the tips of your fingers together in rhythm..

hi so im at my mates and im going home tomorrow then i am meating my other freind in town, and we are catchig the bus back but my freind is now insisting that her mum takes me home. I cant get out of it... help

Just say that, you have plans tomorrow, make up an excuse that you're going shopping and it would be best for you to take the bus back, so that you can get straight into the centre of town, and that you can also easily get close to the shops. - Jake

I don't like having to keep this from my parents but I feel like I have no other choice since my dad instantly said I'm not allowed to date. Oh, and I've just turned 14. What should I do? His parents know about me and are okay with it. I've told my parents that he is just a friend. :/
