Right, im 14 years old, im 6ft and i weigh 12 stone, which is alot for my age right? Ive been on diets and nothing seems to be working! I put on weight so easily, ill eat a packet of crisps and ill bloat, how do i loose weight?!
Are you male? Because if you are, then this is not a huge amount for your age. Yes you could do with losing some weight. But because of your height at your age, it seems you are naturally a big build. So it is okay for you to weigh more. And when you're on diets, have you thought about going down to the gym? This is where you really shift the pounds. Get energy from eating a lot of fruit ( Healthy, high in energy) and hitting the gym, this way, you should lose some of the fat, and turn some of it into muscle. - Jake

By doing this, is just going to lead to a horrible death. You will have no energy, to do anything. You will become skinny and very, very boney, your body will not look nice at all. I like that one person, they don't like me back. how could we get closer again without me feeling like im annoying them and I find it hard to make conversation with them.
