I have very few friends, about 95% of the year hates me, so I'm not at all popular, I'm not beautiful, people lie. When they say it too me to make me feel better, I have been bullied all my school life, no self esteem whatsoever, I feel depressed too, and I have panic attacks. Who would like me?

I've never had a boyfriend, I'm 14, and everyone else (pretty much) has had one in my year, I feel unloved by people at school, and the only guys I like I have 0 chance with, I'm not 'popular' or pretty, or skinny or anything like the girls they talk too or have been with. Advice?

No I talk to others as well but mainly those two. I wouldn't be here now without them. I doubt they will let me go the boss person is really strict. If I can't go I really may as well just kill myself.

I know I need sugar and fat in my body, and I sem to have plently of it on my legs, I'm a size 10/12 (eng) in jeans so there isn't really a lack of fat in my body. I just feel bad, disappointed even in myself if I eat chocolate or whatever in between meals

No there down the corridor, and yeah but everyone laughs when people are on there period and I don't want to be embarrassed, it's uncomfortable enough doing sports on my period let alone having everyone know about it.
I understand that, so awkward. But try and go to the toilets to get changed then? And that's kinda immature. Ignore them, they probably have it too. Sometimes it wont show, do you have a long top you can wear? x

Ok, I believe. Slightly. But it doesn't help, I've noticeably lost weight this year, and I've started to feel bad if I eat chocolate bars or whatever after school or in the afternoon if I'm hungry, is it normal? I do eat meals normally, just feel bad if I eat anything in between
You need to eat properly, which includes the odd chocolate bar. You need fat, sugar and salt in your body too. xx
