(Even thought we don't see eye to eye, I still respect them as an amazing writer/good friend to other users. From what I've seen and heard from David, they're a good person, if a little callused. They also have a lot of other stuff to deal with other than some angry mob attacking them on my behalf, mentally and otherwise, and you don't need to add to it.

(In case anyone is wondering where I went, I’ve moved entirely to Twitter. Yes, I did once intend to stay here as my primary source of RP, but that’s before I realized how toxic this community can be as a whole. If your thing cancel culture is bad on Twitter, it’s a hundred times worse here.)
I honestly understand why so many Ask users have been lost to suicide. While, yes, many of the people being cancelled are competent adults, many were also impulse kids and teens who just didn’t understand the rules of roleplay, and they were bullied into self-loathing by said capable adults. Instead of trying to help them understand what they did wrong, they bullied them off the site. It sickens me, and I don’t want to be on a site that does that.
Ask has become such a hateful clusterfuck, and the handful of respectful and kind users is dwindling every day.
