Il tuo fisico mi motiva molto ad allenarmi!!! Posso chiederti che esercizi fai per l addome!?

Gli addominali li alleno sempre a fine allenamento tuttti i giorni, generalmente faccio sit-ups, crunch ai cavi o con la fitball, hanging leg raises, v-ups, ab roller, plank, bicicletta.
Alterno esercizi a corpo libero a quelli con carico e recupero circa 30 secondi fra una serie e l’altra.
È molto importante variare l’allenamento e soprattuto vedere come reagisce il proprio corpo a stimoli differenti.???
