Would your opinion change if there were life discovered on a body that could be terraformed, say, Mars? In the interest of preserving those organisms?

If it's possible, I'd like to see it done. I'm questionable as to whether it's possible at our current level of tech.
What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?
A very special sunset, back when I was in college.
I was walking home from a late class, right at sunset. Mid-fall, it had just rained, very comfortable. I stopped as I came around the corner to the main campus.
It was beautiful. To my right, a rainbow from the recently-ended rain, and the sunset shining on it. To my left, trees in a huge variety of colors. Above me, the sky changing full-spectrum from yellow and orange to blue to a deep purple. I could see every color of the rainbow twice just by looking around me. I had to stop and stand and stare, just stare at it all for a good five minutes.

If you could make a living doing anything in the world, what would it be?
I want to just work in a ton of different fields, offering help and exploring with whatever I can. I want to kind of be a hyper-generalist, a Renaissance-style man, a pure thinker and learner, helping wherever and however I can.
Think about the most beautiful, attractive person you know.. the one person you would give ANYTHING to be with just for 30 seconds. Now, imagine they were your sibling. If they were totally up for it, would you do the dance with no pants while your family sit blissfully unaware downstairs?
